A few weekends ago Matt and I got a break from our busy tailgating schedule, so we packed up the car for the day and drove up to the mountains. Late September is the most beautiful time of year in the cascades. The hills are lit up with red and orange leaves. We stopped on our way at Stevens Pass to get up and take a walk around. 
Hideous. Right?
Once we got up to Leavenworth we hit up one of our favorite mountain breweries: Icicle.
We also took a walk around to look at the colors.
It was a gorgeous day trip and well worth the two hour drive up there. I couldn’t recommend a trip up there more.
We had to check out a new (to us) nano brewery, Dog Haus. Cozy and friendly. It was a great last stop on our way out.
Until we found the farmers market! So many squash!
